• Mechanics are independent professionals, not employees of AI Pocket Mechanic
• We verify mechanic credentials but cannot guarantee quality of work
• Disputes between users and mechanics should be resolved directly
• Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by AI Pocket Mechanic and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Subscription and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription:

• Free tier: Limited diagnostic scans per month
• Pro tier: Unlimited scans and additional features
• Payments are processed through app store billing
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to app store policies

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Pocket Mechanic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or vehicle damage, arising from your use of the App.
